Warranty and Returns

  1. Entering into a distance contract, i.e. making a purchase through the 9a.lv online store, you may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to legal persons.

  2. The period for executing the right of withdrawal shall be calculated as follows:

    • if goods are purchased - from the day when the consumer has obtained possession of the goods;

    • if a consumer in one order has ordered several goods which are supplied separately - from the day when the consumer has obtained possession of the last goods;

    • if goods are delivered which consist of several lots or parts - from the day when the consumer has obtained possession of the last lot or part of the goods.

  3. You have the right to try the goods in question during the exercise of the right of withdrawal to make sure it meets your needs and preferences. Remember! During the period for executing the right of withdrawal you have the right to use the goods to the extent necessary for trying out the goods (to the same extent as would be possible before purchasing the goods in a regular store).

  4. By using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for using the goods beyond the intended purpose of the goods, for use of the goods during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as the reduction of the value, quality and safety of the goods.

  5. At the time of selling or ordering the goods, the 9a.lv online store shall send you the withdrawal form to your e-mail address with the name and address of the seller and a description of the right of withdrawal.

  6. You can request the withdrawal form electronically by sending an e-mail to info@9a.lv or downloading it here: Withdrawal Form.

  7. You are required to return the goods to the seller within 14 days of sending the withdrawal form. You must provide packaging for transportation when returning the goods to the seller.

  8. If you exercise the right of withdrawal and this is not due to the non-compliance of the goods or service in question with the terms of the contract, then you are responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods.

  9. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the 9a.lv online store is obliged to refund you any deposits you have made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date of your written withdrawal. The 9a.lv online store refunds only to the bank account indicated on the withdrawal form.

  10. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may return the goods by delivering them to the 9a.lv store in Riga, 120G Dzelzavas Street, or sending the goods via “Latvijas Pasts” together with the withdrawal form. Upon returning the goods to the “Latvijas Pasts” offices, appropriate transport packaging must be provided - the original packaging of the goods must be packed in another transport packaging.
