• Cookies - data about visits to the SIA "PTP STORE" website. (If the client does not want to allow the use of cookies, the client can do so in the settings of their web browser, however, in this case, the use of the website may be restricted).

Basis for Processing Personal Data:

• The client, as the data subject, voluntarily gives consent (subject consent) for the collection and processing of personal data for specific purposes. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing or the quality of services received based on consent before its withdrawal;
• SIA "PTP STORE" has the right to process the client's personal data to the extent objectively necessary and sufficient to ensure timely, quality, convenient service, as well as for the establishment and support of company internal processes;

• To conclude and fulfill contracts with the client;
• To assess the client's ability to fulfill contractual obligations;
• For effective management of financial flows, including administration of client payments and debts;
• To provide technical support related to the services provided;
• For video surveillance security purposes and to protect the legitimate interests of SIA "PTP STORE" (ensuring property security);
• To promote industry development and offer new services;
• For processing statistical data and conducting market analysis.

Obtaining Personal Data: SIA "PTP STORE" obtains the client's personal data when the client:

• Purchases and uses products or services from SIA "PTP STORE";
• Participates in contests, lotteries, or surveys;
• Visits or browses the SIA "PTP STORE" website 9A.LV;
• Is recorded by video surveillance equipment in the trading hall/store.

Storage of Personal Data: SIA "PTP STORE" is entitled to process and store personal data as long as:

• Client consent for data processing has not been revoked;
• Necessary for the legitimate interests and protection of SIA "PTP STORE";

Client Rights

The client has the right to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications and object to the profiling of their personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of personal data processing or the quality of received services based on consent before withdrawal. The client has the right to correct all existing personal data about themselves. The client has the right to request deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed (the right to be forgotten) by submitting a request. The client has the right to obtain information about the physical or legal persons who have received information about this client.
